Difference is a natural part of being human
Difference is a natural part of being human - and embracing it is essential for fostering inclusive and thriving environments, both personally and professionally.
I’ve always enjoyed playing with words, especially because our individual perceptions shape how we interpret the world. This playfulness inspired the name of my business, which I chose to be intentionally open to interpretation. It allows each person to decide what it means to them.
WithINsight: A name rooted in inclusion
- WithIN sight... a goal or outcome that feels achievable, something to work toward.
- With INsight... a moment of clarity, a new understanding or awareness.
The emphasis on ‘IN’ reflects my commitment to inclusion. It’s a reminder that everyone, regardless of neurotype, deserves to be seen, heard, and valued.
Safety, Belonging, and Freedom
Individuals: Creating Safe Spaces for Self-Discovery
I create a safe space for individuals to explore who they truly are, free from judgment. By meeting people where they are and honouring them as they are, I help them uncover their strengths and identify what works best for them. This process fosters self-acceptance and empowers them to align their actions with their values.
Unlike coaching methods that impose strategies, I trust my clients to discover solutions that genuinely align with their unique needs and goals. My role is to hold the space and trust their innate wisdom.
Employers: Fostering Inclusive Workplaces
The 2024 Neurodiversity in Business and Work report highlights the critical role of psychological safety in improving performance for neurodivergent employees. Unfortunately, perceived safety has decreased, leading to lower career satisfaction. My work helps employers address these gaps by building inclusive environments where strengths are celebrated, challenges are supported, and belonging is a priority.
When employees feel safe and valued, they can fully engage their strengths, enhancing wellbeing, creativity, and resilience in the workplace.
Communities: Building Connection and Freedom
In inclusive spaces, everyone, neurodivergent and neurotypical alike, should feel free to be themselves. Through group coaching, workshops, and events, I foster connection and understanding. When conflict arises, it can be addressed respectfully, fostering trust and mutual respect.
Empowering Individuals, Employers, and Communities
At withINsight Coaching, I believe that the journey toward self-understanding, inclusive workplaces, and vibrant communities is interconnected. Each part of my logo represents a vital aspect of this journey.
For individuals, creating a safe space fosters self-discovery and empowerment, allowing them to honour their unique strengths and qualities.
For employers, cultivating an environment of safety and belonging not only enhances employee wellbeing but also drives creativity and inspires capability.
Within our communities, nurturing connection and understanding ensures that everyone, neurodivergent and neurotypical alike, feels valued and free to be themselves.
By embracing these principles, we can all contribute to a world where every person can thrive.
I invite you to join me on this journey, whether through 1:1 coaching, group coaching, workshops, training, or community events, as we create spaces that celebrate diversity and difference.
